Day creams also help with dryness and smooth away fine lines in the face. Sunscreen can also be applied over the day creams when needed. When you are finished, you make apply make-up if you wish to wear it.

Your evening facial regimen should begin the same as the morning. Wash your face with luke-warm water and a cleanser or purifying gel wash. The skin cleansers will help remove any make-up you had on. A toner should then be applied. The easiest way to use a toner is on a cotton swab or pad. While your face is still wet, you should begin exfoliating.

Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells. These dead skin cells cause the face to look dull. The build up of dead skin cells can contribute to blockage of pores which causes acne. Also this build up will not let the products you use to penetrate the skin or work to their full capacity.

Exfoliation will brighten and give the skin a healthy glow. Afterwards apply a night cream and if you want use a firm eye cream around the eye area. Also, never go to sleep with make up on as this will clog your pores while you sleep.
