· Nothing good comes my way.

Let's be real. No one said that life would be a bed of roses. Consequently, some days bristle with thorns. Moreover, when you're exhausted (mentally or physically) it's worse. On those days, refrain from making comments about your situation. You're more likely to talk despair.

Remember, words create! Your goal is to have what you want. If you speak negative words you will have what you say.
