Powder Coating Oven Controller Kit w/ Light & Fan Control, 240V 50A 12000W (KIT-PCO2-LF)

This is our latest kit to DIY a control system for powder coating oven (approx. 4'x4'x6' size). The circuit is designed for a 240 V oven with up to 12,000 watt heater load (for example, 4 x 3000 Watt heating elements) and 120V Fan/Light. It not only has an additional timer readout, but also independent control for dual heater output. Wiring diagram and punching specification are available after purchase.

This kit includes each of the following:
10x8x6" Wall mount enclosure and heat sink.
PID controller w/ connection to the timer.
Two 40A Solid State Relays.
General purpose timer.
Alarm indicator and Flashing Buzzer.
Yellow LED for showing heater status.
Red illuminated selector switch for timer alarm silence.
Red illuminated selector switch for temperature alarm silence.
Two yellow illuminated selector switches for element control.
Blue illuminated selector switch for timer reset.
Green illuminated selector switch for light and fan control.
Oven temperature probe w/ mounting screw, rated for 900 º F.
240V 30A NEMA L6-30R Socket for each heater channel.
Two NEMA 5-15R 120V 15A Panel Mount Sockets for light and fan.
Strain Relief Power Cord Connector for hard-wiring the power line.
Breaker Switch for main power control.
DIN Rail Terminal Block Kit.
Panel Tags.

The kit does not include:
Heating element.
Input power cord.
Wiring and wiring fittings.

1. This kit includes an enclosure with complete precuts.
